On June 19, 1865, over two years after President Lincoln declared all enslaved person free, Major General Gordon Granger and Union Army troops marched to Galveston, Texas, to enforce the Emancipation Proclamation and free the last enslaved Black Americans in Texas.

In 2022 a proclamation on Juneteenth was signed by President Biden making June 19th a federal holiday. As we  observe the holiday, let us not forget those who are still fighting for the cause of advancing African Americans.

We the Brothers of Trinity Lodge 127 PHA are honoring the holiday with a Raffle for gift basket give away.

After  the Drawing On June 17, 2024 at 3Pm the lucky winner will be presented with a huge basket consisting of the following items: Bottle of Uncle Nearest Whiskey, D’Usse Cognac, Bulleit Bourbon, a Travel Humidor, and 6-8 Mild/Medium Cigars.
